Courtney Burton

I joined the College of Health and Human Services at UNC Charlotte in June 2025. My academic advising experience includes working with undergraduate students at George Washington University and Agnes Scott College, and also working in admissions and student affairs with various graduate programs.

Degrees
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Psychology from Tulane University and hold a Master of Science in Higher Education from Florida State University.

About Me
I’m a foodie and travel enthusiast who enjoys cooking, discovering new restaurants, and exploring both U.S. and international destinations. In my free time, I enjoy reading novels, attending festivals and live music venues, watching sci-fi shows and movies, and listening to podcasts on pop culture and politics. Fall is my favorite season, and I love spending time outdoors at that time of year.
