CHHS Evaluation of Advising
Policy:
Students will be afforded the opportunity to evaluate academic advisors and faculty advisors in the
area of academic advising on an annual basis.
Procedure:
- Evaluation of advising will take place annually for undergraduate students and
graduate students - Evaluation Forms and/or on-line advising questionnaires will be made available to
the students by the CHHS Advising Center.
